Good Old Lenormand :)

A week ago, I started to have terrible problems with a back molar. A chunk of it had fallen off and the nerve became exposed…painful! I got into the dentist and they thought they could save the tooth . After A LOT of novocaine (it always takes me more than the average person) and a big bill to match, I walked out with a temp crown and a numb mouth.

As the days passed, my mouth and tooth didn’t improve though. My jaw swelled up so much that I couldn’t close my mouth properly, and I couldn’t eat. The pain was excruciating even with the strong pain meds 😦  I was rushed back in, and the dentist said he had never seen swelling like that before (Ha! leave it to me, as always!)

He gave me a prescription for it and we all hoped it would get better.

Now, after more days of waiting…finally the swelling is going down! The antibiotics seem to be saving the day 🙂

I drew these cards the day I went back to the dentist, without giving much thought to them.

Tree combined with Letter can have the meaning of prescriptions, and that wasn’t on my radar when I drew these cards. The final card, key, brings a resolution to a problem.

So these 3 cards were telling me that a prescription would solve the health problem I was having.

It seems to be doing just that! although I’m still not able to eat very much – a forced diet, yuck! lol

I must admit though, I dread going back for the fitting of the permanent crown after all of this…..

Now, if only I could get my graphics to post the way they look before I publish! Gotta love WordPress 😦

Gyspy draws-

It’s amazing to me that just when all seems to about to turn Golden, that all Hell breaks loose. Have you ever found that to be true?

I had been having fantastic readings showing all the positive changes, and then one day recently, I had a slew of pretty upsetting draws. I had a hunch that it had to do with a  blowout with my partner, but hoped I was wrong. Two of the Gypsy card draws are below to show an example, and what I learned about these cards.

I had entertained the thought that these were referring to my ex-husband. I have often thought that there is resentment and jealousy at how my life went forward after I split from him. I know that he is jealous of my mate. So with the brewing legal arguement coming over a 10 year old divorce settlement (!!) I thought that maybe I was going to get a doozy of a letter from him. But I was wrong in my assumptions.

The Widower wasn’t a man from my past, but rather my present mate stewing over some past ‘issues’.

Jealousy did indeed rear it’s ugly head, and it had to do with past hurts and resentments. So in the first draw, the Widower/Lover was all about him.

The Second draw also was about my husband, being angry over a past issue and writing me a not so nice letter to vent his frustrations!

Why is it that the not so nice readings come about so much more quickly than the hopeful/nice ones????? I’d say in my case, that that statement is about 95% true!

Thankfully, there have been some soothing drawings since 🙂 and the air has cleared. I’m ready for the golden draws now!

Cards with the same message-

*An unpleasant or worrisome message being given to the Queen of Clubs.

A person of the court, an official, being sneaky with the Enemy woman!

In other words….. the Process Server pulling a sneaky stunt to serve court papers on the Bad Woman!

Again, a Court person (and this time literally) using deceptive means, or tricks, to serve documents!

The Thief card comes up regularly to denote the nasty woman that my husband is legally fighting. In this draw, it shows her finally receiving the news, or the documents that defeats her. I am pretty sure that these cards, also, are showing that she finally gets served. The Judge has demanded her presence in Court, mid-July. She has done everything she possibly can, to avoid being served. She knows that if she goes before the Judge now, he’ll send her to jail for contempt! The end is near, and I know that the process server was going to attempt again, over the July 4th weekend to catch her, and serve her the papers.

These are only a few of the draws in the last few days that show the same theme. I’m convinced that woman will, or has been served. Hopefully we’ll have news of this on Monday or Tuesday.

Isn’t it fascinating how the different decks can show the same theme? It helps to confirm to me that the cards speak clearly…no matter what kind of deck you choose.

Desire – Letter – Thief

There are a few ways that I could interpret this. If the card Desire, literally represents my wishes and desires, then I am wishing on the “Thief” (the cult woman) to be served. We are waiting on news that this has been accomplished.

I would find it a bit odd to have the cards show something so obvious to me though. Of course I desire her to be successfully served so that she goes before the judge! Why would the cards tell me something I already know?

So I re-thought these a bit. The Desire card, can also represent a woman, and if so, usually a strong woman.

The Letter/Thief combination might actually represent a sneaky process server successfully serving the strong woman! Sneaky delivery!! now that makes more sense to me….something I don’t already know. My gut says that she will be successfully served with the summons in the next day or so.

I will update once we hear.

The Gypsy cards are really starting to speak to me, thanks to working with all the decks simultaneously.

Gypsy cards: Fortune – Journey – Letter

I was drawn immediately to the Journey and Letter card. A message coming from a long way.

The Fortune card tells of great luck, a change in finances, something wonderful is coming my way via a message. The Letter might refer to documents on their way to us.

The Journey card speaks of changes that are on the way; a transformation taking place. Being placed next to the Fortune I can only surmise that this is a very beneficial change.

This would  be a good draw to represent a lottery win! with the Letter meaning a ticket. I have two lottery tickets for this weekend…wouldn’t that be a kick? 🙂
